Interior CGI

Computer Generated Images can show the interior of a proposed development as if it were completely finished. Blue Cube Studios can produce CGI’s showing the internal specification of a building, complete with furnishings and fittings.

Interior CGI’s are created using the floor plans for the proposed building and any sectional information which may be available. Detailed interior design details can be provided, without or without mood boards, or alternatively, Blue Cube Studios can use their own design skills and interior decoration experience to dress the rooms in a way which shows them in their best light. Interior CGI’s can look as good as a photograph, and provide an excellent sales tool for property marketing.

Interior CGI’s can show any room of any property. Usually a developer might choose the main rooms in a showcase property, such as living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Master Bedrooms are also shown if they are a particularly selling feature of the property.

Interior CGI’s take 3d floor plans to the next level, and generally show much more detail as they are taken at eye level, as if a photographer has gone into a completed show house. Obviously the huge advantage when using CGI is that this can be done before any work has started on site.

Interior CGI’s can sometimes go hand in hand with 3D Walkthrough animations, because all the information required for a 3D Walkthrough will have been produced, it is a relatively straight forward process to create interior still CGI’s from that animation. This of course gives added value to the animations.

That is not to say that you have to have 3D Walkthrough animations, just to get an interior CGI. In fact, in a lot of cases, interior CGI’s are the only thing requested because of their affordability.
